Silva Healthy Minds operates on the same membership model as Silva Direct Primary Care — a low monthly fee gives you direct, ongoing access to your behavioral health team without per-visit charges. It is the mental health side of the Silva membership model: Silva Direct covers your primary care, and Silva Healthy Minds covers your mental health. Each has its own monthly membership, and you can enroll in one or both.

By coordinating directly with your primary care provider, we ensure your mental and physical health are treated together — not in isolation.
